A fun-filled and energizing way to learn how to work together. This program presents a series of experiential activities and mental puzzles which require participation of team members to solve. In the process and de-briefing, participants examine levels of trust, teamwork, communication, decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Business challenges and real-life issues become clear as teams observe new ways to solve old problems.
Team Building for Collaboration and Creativity can be conducted at our site or a location of your choice.
At the CEO headquarters, The Country Place Retreat and Conference Center, a low ropes course is incorporated in your customized team-building program.
The low ropes Team Challenge Course offers eight course elements as Spider Web, Mohawk Walk, Acid River and Trust Fall, just to name a few. The interaction of utilizing the outdoor course builds collaboration and creativity for a new way to solve daily problems at work.
