HERE IS OUR CONSULTATION MODEL:
- We do an evaluation of your concerns and problems.
- We create a three month program that includes directly working with specific teams or individuals. (NOTE: Research indicates that it takes three months for real behavior change to happen).
- We begin with 360 degree individual reviews that we go over with each team member one at a time.
- We do a short questionnaire, called “cultural compass” to see where interactions have fallen away.
- We teach the OUT Technique™ to OBSERVE, UNDERSTAND and TRANSFORM workplace patterns that have limited team collaboration
- We meet with the team to discuss results (usually for two hours up to half day).
